Official Sonic 4 Thread

I am very much looking foward to it. Only one problem; I heard it's not going to be on Wii, & I don't have an XBox360, nor PS3.
Though it maybe only a rumour, it's abit of a downer if true.

Let it be on the Wii, let it be on the Wii, let it be on the Wii!

This is a cry out to the creators of this new game: Let it be on the Wii!

I'm looking forward to it. Can you tell?

How about it comes out on Xbox 360, PS3AND the Wii? That way no one complains.

Except me, because I won't be able to play it if it isn't on DS

It's Sonic'06 all over again - As in, not being on a Nintendo console, but is on all other formats...

Well, anyway, looks really cool, the character line-up.
I thought Shadow, Amy & Tikal could work very well in it. ^^

...Yeah, I see Miles & Knuckles aren't listed.
I am dissapointed that Miles isn't listed.
Knuckles seems a realy cool character, but I'm not surprised he isn't seemingly included.

Why wouldn't you be surprised Knuckles isn't listed, Tails and Knuckles would seem like obvious choices in a Sonic game that's supposedly going back to Sonic's roots.
By the way, why do you call Tails by his first name? He certainly wouldn't like that.

Anyway I hope Shadow is in it, Sonic is obviously going to be in it but I'm not sure about the rest... It seems like an odd line up of characters to me.

I know, just I'm not all that surprised that he isn't appearing... Knuckles' job is to protect the Master emerald, the master emerald never appeared on Sonic 1 or 2. Though Tikal's appearance is abit peculiar, as Knuckles isn't there... Vector has appeared since Sonic 1, not in game play, but in art first, so I thought he'd be in it.

I know what you mean. Big the Cat especially, seems rather odd for the game...

Awesome, it's back to classic Sonic-only gaming.
Though I'm fan of all the Sonic characrters (expect for 4Kids' Chris Thorndyke), it's good to see Sonic return to retro-esque gameplay. I really hope this game is released via the Wii.
Then I can take Ivo down!

Actually, that seem very possible, but- Miles is far more likely to there then Knuckles. True, Knuckles has been around since 1994 on Sonic3, but Miles has always been Sonic's sidekick, Knuckles however, started out more as a rival for Sonic then ally.

By the way, I call "Tails" Miles, as I see it rude to call someone by a nickname...I see far more respectful, to call them by there first name(s). Forum names not included, as sharing someone true names on a forum can be an invasion of privacy, unless otherwise stated.
