Does anybody actually like it?
I think it's pretty good but I prefer the Japanese version over the english version.

Well, in the Japanese version, the many scene that didn't make to the 4Kids (english) version.

Sonic Vs. Knuckles Scene - There isn't too much of difference between this & the english, but-...You'll see why some of it was cut.
I personally prefer the Japanese verison too, mind you.

Anyway; Has anyone actially watched the animé lately..?
I have not, yet I may be watching it again, in July...

I thought they'd be abit about Cosmo & Chirs Thorndyke - The most notable characters in Sonic X that 4Kids brought it, not Sonic team.
Personally I find Chirs rather annoying, but Cosmo is pretty cool - though, admittedly, I've never watch any episode Cosmo is in... ^^;

I liked Emerl as well - the robot thingy.

But Shadow's in it ^^

They should make a new version with all the best characters (kill off Chris Thorndyke - drat, he's annoying.)

I agree, he had cool hair in my opinoin... I actually really liked the series, enough I hardly ever watched it...

I really hate Chris to be honest. He steals the spotlight from the other characters like Tails.

I have really been wanting to watch sonic x. while it does seem to be a cool show. i wish there was a better english version of it. im not a big fan of subs. and the 4kids dub is not very good (tons of cheap edits.)

Well... I haven't really seen the japenese version... so... I guess it's just my opinion...

I've only seen a few episodes on TV and I rented a few of the DVDs. To be honest, I don't think it's a bad show. I've enjoyed it the few times I watched it. One of the DVDs was Project Shadow, I like how it was based off Sonic Adventure 2.

I'm a bit peeved with Sonic X English dubbed

They cut out some of the best bits and Sonic's voice could be improved.

But I recently found out that Tikal appears in a few episodes of Sonic X :3

I personally prefer the classic Sonic cartoons. Sonic Underground & SatAM mostly.

I'll be honest though. I think the writing for Sonic X is a bit lazy. It's essentially a re-telling of Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 (with series 3 having moments from Shadow The Hedgehog).

Yeah, Sonic X was when Jason Griffith had only just started doing Sonic's voice, so it's not perfect. He's certainly improved now though.

And yeah, Tikal is in the Sonic Adventure episodes.

Besides, its basically clean humor, and if it is evena little corny, you can't help but laugh at some of the priceless moments. English or Japansese is fine for me. As long as I get around to watching an episode or two once in a while. Takes my mind off all the crap that's been happening lately with the voice changes and all."
