^Love that game. <3

Anyway, here's a trailer for the new "Spyro" game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6JhH2GUWdw

All I can say is ugh...
The dislike bar and the two top rated comments say it all.

What annoys me is that the game would just fine on it's own. They're just using Spyro's name to rake people in.

Poor Spyro what have they done to you?
Can't see this game doing too well. I'm certainly staying well away from it...

According to ONM's Chris Scullion, buying all the figures to complete the game 100% (since every character has their own set of challenges) would be exactly £281.70 (game and starter figures included). Sorry, Activision but completists aren't made of money.

It's sad to see Spyro die off like this. I don't think Activision even thought about it, they were being extremely greedy and couldn't care less.

I really hate Activision now... If they hadn't shamed Spyro enough, they've actually announced Skylanders sequel: http://www.computerandvideogames.com/334891/activision-announces-skylanders-giants/

Appropriate reaction: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOxt9PoJNkg

Well, I hate to say it but the game did get some very positive response... somehow.

Because it was actually quite the innovative experience no matter what you think of it.

Still doesn't change the fact that the series was initially bandwagoning the success of an old IP we knew as Spyro, when it could have easily done so without shoving him in there. Guess they didn't have confidence in their own game's success.
