My AMVs/GMVs

I thought I'd try making a topic about my videos. Some of you probably already know that I make Sonic videos and put them up on youtube.
Video editing is a passion of mine, even more-so than drawing. I've been doing it for over a year now, and before that when I didn't have a computer, I kept wishing I could make videos. When I first got my computer, the first thing I did was try making a video. It was only a slideshow but I enjoyed it, so I carried on making them and I gradually got better at it.

Anyway the main point of this topic is for me to post my videos here, and get feedback from you guys.
Tell what you like and don't like, and if there's something you think I can improve on.

If you're going to say anything bad though make sure it's constructive criticism. It's takes ages to make videos, for a full one it takes weeks.

I use Sony Vegas Pro 9. I used to use Windows Movie Maker until it died on me.
I get the clips from youtube mainly.

is youre software easy to use or does it take ages to make stuff?

cause my software sucks and im looking for a new (free) one.

It's isn't easy to use, It took a while to get used to it. It's a huge step up from WMM.

It takes weeks to make a full 3 minute video.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm currently working on:

I have about a minute of that video done. Judge for yourself how complicated it looks.
There are about three more layers in it. You can't see them in the screenshot though.

If you make a simple video with no effects then it doesn't take long to make something. How long it takes depends on how good you want the video to be.

Anyway I need some opinions. I'm going to restart my old video project with this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7259YfbcQ8

It's going to have a storyline, but I can't decide who it should be about.
Shadow, Dark Sonic or both of them? What do you guys think?
