So what are everyone's favourite final bosses?
These two come to mind for me.

Baby Bowser - Yoshi's Island

The final boss from Twilight Princess has always been a high one for me. Not only is it fought in multiple phases, two of the phases in particular stand out. The first being that Ganon actually controls Zelda to defeat you and the other being where you have to use Link's wolf form to defeat Ganon in his Pig Beast form. Titan Joker from Batman: Arkham Asylum is also a big stand-out. Not only does The Joker inject himself with the Titan Mutagen to decrease your odds, he's clearly having fun doing it which of course is the Joker Way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbkhSs8_R-c

I lovee fighting Bellum in the Phatom Hourglass. The fact that there's two parts to it made it really interesting the first time you played it, becuase you thought you had really defeated him... And then that happened. The music afterwards was amazing aswell.
