Mrs. J.K Rowling - Author the Harry Potter books, has accused of plagiarism, by one Adrain Jacobs, over the claim of "Harry Potter & the Goblet of fire" is too close a parody to "The Adventures of Willy the Wizard: No 1 Livid Land".
Poor Mrs. Rowling, her books are awesome, & in these cases they is always some fool trying take awesome authors to court.
What's your views on this..?

That's lame, seems like they're just trying to get money out of her.
The Goblet of fire came out back in the year 2000, that was 10 years ago. They've only just noticed this now? Yeah, right.

Back when The Philosophers' Stone came out, JK was taken to court because of the story's likenesses to Ursula Le Guin's trilogy (can't remember the name of it right now).
But this is just weird.

Hmm, that's pretty stupid. Haven't read the book, but saw the film. By far my faveourite. Go Cedric!!!
Also does anyone else see a connection between the Weeping Willow and the trees in LOTR?
