I really enjoy them. The storyline is surprisingly good too.

It looks really awesome. It's a shame there's not much choice in Pokémon to choose from at the beginning though.

Personally, I've never been too interested in Mystery Dungeon but that one does look rather tempting.

I really would love it if those animations appeared in the game. The 3DS is certainly capable of doing it and I think it would make the experience feel more involving. They don't even have to be in 3D.
