| So a lot of Nintendo news after their press conference.
-Recording functionality for 3DS' camera.
-A new trailer for Super Mario 3D, Paper Mario and Mario Kart 7 (Mario Kart to also feature a first-person mode).
-Mario Tennis 3DS game announced.
-Red 3DS confirmed for UK release.
-Fire Emblem 3DS game
-Zelda: Four Swords for DSiware confirmed for the end of this month.
-3DS analogue attachment confirmed and dated (it requires one AAA battery to work).
-A new trailer for Animal Crossing 3D.
-A new trailer for Luigi's Mansion 2.
-Skyward Sword reported to be 50-100 hours long (yikes).
-Monster Hunter 4 in development.
Only thing that strikes me as odd is that there was nothing about the new StreetPass Mii Plaza games, unless they did and ONM haven't put that up yet. | |

| Definitely getting a Red 3DS at some point.
The trailers are looking good too. The new Paper Mario game looks especially good. | |

| At this point, Nintendo may have accidentally succeeded at making the 3DS single-analog controls irrelevant. Potentially even stunting the sales of the device to consumers who know very well that this may carry on to a hardware revision. | |

In fact, with the exception of Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing and Monster Hunter (no offence to the games or their fans, I'm just not into them), they're all looking great (well, maybe not Mario Tennis at the moment because it looks and sounds like Mario Power Tennis on the Gamecube. That and I want to know how a tennis game will feature Gyro controls. But it's early days). | |

You know that Racoon power up that's been revealed in Mario Kart 7? I actually noticed it in the trailer before. Check the part where someone smashes through the item box. You can see it spin round in the power up box. | |
