ONM have reviewed NSMB2 in their new issue. It seems the fears I had with the game have not been put to rest. The amount of coins does indeed make the game easy (they apparently had about 112 lives by the time they reached World 3). The Mega Mushroom apparently only appears once... only once... really? Oh, and the Raccoon Suit, despite granting the power of flight, is rarely used for that purpose. Granted, it was a little rare in Mario 3 but it does sound like an issue. And finally, the Co-Op is rather limited in terms of freedom. Yeah, it was like that in NSMB Wii but you only had one screen to share so that's more understandable.

They mentioned these problems, saying they were problems... and yet they still gave it 90%... oooookay then.

Eh, like I'm any different. Being the sad fanboy type I am, I'll probably be picking it up Day One anyway.

They really gave it a 90? It's just another re-hash by the looks of it.
ONM's reviews suck nowadays. The one the gave KH3D wasn't very good either, calling it a spin-off when it's far from that.
