I'm not sure where it comes from originally, but that particular piece is from .hack//SIGNature, a .hack// Doujinshi that follows Red Bull (RB), a wiped character from .hack//XXXX (think Honey the Cat, just in .hack//). RB goes to Balmung for ANOTHER admin patch, but Balmung messes up the virus that had implanted itself within RB's player through the PC and it ends up with RB stuck in a bath being delusional about ducks.
