Kirby - can't think of any specific songs, but I did enjoy quite a few from the Super NES game Kirby Super Star.
Star Fox main theme - played at the end of the original Star Fox. Great instrumental tune in my opinion.
Tetris theme
Lots of music from the Super Smash Bros games.
Phantasy Star Online. Only played Version 2, but had a great soundtrack.
Daytona USA for Dreamcast also had a good soundtrack.

They do orchestrated remixes of every song from every Zelda game. They've even done two songs from Skyward Sword. I'm currently listening to their version of the Forest Temple theme from Ocarina Of Time.
